GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Hey! Knight Theory™ is a high-touch, collaborative micro-team led by Kyler T. that prioritizes the guest experience for service providers and founder-led brands.

Our bread and butter is to help businesses find their voice, and to transform established brands into more aligned digital destinations.

  • We’re experienced in many, but our favorites are:

    • Squarespace (We’re Gold agency partners!)

    • Wordpress

We’ll suggest the best options for you while we’re chatting with your brand!

  • We love thinking ahead. Once you book your sprint, you’ll get access to your client portal with a checklist of everything we’ll need from you ahead of sprint day. Here’s what to expect to share:

    • A client questionnaire

    • Any existing brand assets (logos, photos, etc.)

    • Website copy (via a guided form to help you write section by section)

    • Links to inspiration, competitors, or moodboards (optional but helpful)

    • Access to your domain registrar

You’ll get step-by-step instructions so nothing slips through the cracks, and we’re always here if you have any questions!

  • During offboarding, you’ll receive a short video walking you through your website and how to make simple changes, as well as exclusive access to the Knight Theory Help Center, a client-only hub where you can find all our training videos, editing tutorials, and bonus resources in one place.

Think of it as your ongoing support lounge: whenever you need to refresh, update, or double-check how something works, you’ll have a trusted place to go. New videos are added all the time.

Each project also includes 7 days of free post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly! This covers minor bug and responsiveness fixes, and quick tech questions related to your site or brand files. It doesn’t include major design changes, new pages or features, copy rewrites, or ongoing content updates.

  • Beyond the project cost, the only recurring cost will be your hosting subscription, which is required to keep your site live.

With Squarespace: because we’re a Squarespace Gold Agency Partner, you actually receive exclusive pricing and timelines that aren't available to the general public:

    • While standard users only get 14 days, you leave with a 6-month trial. No need to pay for hosting until you’re officially ready to launch!

    • When you do go live, you’ll receive 20% off your first year of hosting (*Annual plans only)

    • By choosing an annual plan, Squarespace also includes your custom domain name for free for the first year

LIGHT KNIGHT™ QUESTIONS

  • Yes—because we’ve built systems that make it possible!

This sprint model isn’t slapped together. It’s been carefully refined to deliver high-level strategy and design in a tight, focused window. After your Gambit, by the time we hit day one of your sprint, we’ve already aligned on your goals, gathered what we need, and mapped out the plan. That means we can move fast without sacrificing quality.

The semi-custom aspect of the web design process (meaning working off of a very baseline template) keeps things still unique to you while saving you time and money. Custom websites are incredibly pricey, hard to maintain, and not always accessible to business owners!

Getting professional results doesn’t have to mean slow turnaround times, and we'’ve spent ages perfecting our process so you can skip the 10-week email chains and get to the good stuff faster.

  • TLK was crafted for brands who need a website revamp, fast and done under one roof. We often work with hospitality and service brands (think boutique hotels, cafes, retreats, entrepreneurs, spas, coaches, personal brands, and creative spaces.)

That said, we’re always open to working with anyone who’s ready to inspire. If your vision is thoughtful and in need of design, we’d love to hear from you!

THE FULL COURT QUESTIONS

  • TFC was crafted for brands who need a serious revamp, fast and done under one roof.

    • Week 1: Strategic copywriting – We begin collaborating on crafting your SEO-optimized messaging and copywriting.

    • Week 2: Brand design – We craft your visual identity and logo suite.

    • Week 3: Web design – Your up to 10-page website is built in a dedicated sprint week

    • Week 4: Refinement & launch – Final quality check, tech integrations, and aid your official go-live with support.

Custom project questions

  • Anything that falls outside the specific deliverables, timelines, or constraints of our Light Knight™ and Full Court!

If your project requires a specialized strategy, additional features, or a non-standard timeline, we move into custom territory to ensure you aren't paying for things you don't need and that you are getting exactly what you do.

  • Absolutely! Many of our custom projects start with a base package as a foundation. From there, we can add specific bolt-on services or remove components that don't apply to your current goals.

  • Since there isn't a flat rate, we price based on the scope of work, complexity, and value delivered.

After our initial discovery call, we’ll provide a tailored proposal with a transparent breakdown of costs so you know exactly where your investment is going.

  • If your needs fit 80% or more of what’s in a package, it’s usually most cost-effective to start there.

If your business has unique technical requirements or a highly specific brand vision that doesn't fit into a box, a custom project is the best way to ensure your goals are actually met!
