Root & Reframe Therapy

Project Type: Full Court™

With Root & Reframe, one envisions more than just a therapy practice, but more-so creating a sanctuary online. As a trauma-informed therapist offering both individual and group therapy, Megan needed a brand presence that felt calm, compassionate, and deeply rooted in trust. Her website had to reflect the safety she creates in session, while clearly communicating her offerings and encouraging potential clients to reach out with ease.

Our mission was to craft a visual and narrative experience that gently guided visitors through a vulnerable decision-making process. The result is a digital space that feels both grounding and expansive, and where therapeutic language is warm, approachable, and centered on the client’s pace of healing. With a soft visual palette, poetic headlines, and thoughtfully structured service sections, we created a website that resonates emotionally while maintaining clarity and professionalism.

Knight Theory’s Approach

Defined the brand essence

We distilled Megan’s voice into a grounded, nurturing identity. (One that prioritizes calm, consent-based connection over clinical jargon.)

Wrote emotionally-sensitive copy

Every word was chosen with care, affirming the visitor’s readiness for healing and emphasizing safety, autonomy, and next steps without pressure.

Organized offerings with clarity

Each service (individual therapy, intensives, group work) is given room to breathe, with visuals and descriptions that validate the reader’s needs.

Designed a soft, strategic user flow

From hero section to brave testimonials to inquiry form, the site gently nudges visitors toward taking action when they’re ready with no overwhelm, and the offer of support when wanted or needed.

The Results

Root & Reframe’s new site feels like a warm exhale. The tone is confident yet kind, giving visitors the information they need while affirming that healing happens at their own pace. Every detail, from the softened imagery to the placement of CTAs, was designed to build trust and reduce friction for clients in vulnerable moments.

Since launch, Megan’s therapy practice website is already helping the right clients find her. With clear offerings, seamless scheduling, and a tone that speaks directly to her audience, the site is doing its job: supporting healing before therapy even begins.
